BBPro resizes the image to fit the available printing area and so if the image doesn't have exactly the same aspect ratio as the printing area there will be gaps at the top and bottom or to the left and right. Please try running proofs and setting cropping to the same ratio as paper size before printing.

If the HiTi 730 is similar to my HiTi640PS, then sizing is a little messy.

Mine prints "6x4" only, and the image can print to the long edge. However, the short edge has a bleed beyond the perforated lines. This makes the finished image 5.96"/152mm by 3.93"/100mm. To achieve this, the image needs to be about 6.1"/156mm on the long side. The actual ovelap position is slightly variable.

The ratio is 1:1.56. Usually, the fit-to-sides button, or the fit-to-top/bottom button will do the trick. However, there is some loss of image at the top and bottom bleeds which must be provided for in sizing the image for printing.

By the way, I use HiTi's PhotoDesiree software to print, as the drivers exposed to other software are not sufficiently versatile.
