Currently DLP already uses the automation API of Windows to get invoked for any kind of eternal memory being inserted (tested it myself with PCMCIA card readers, USB card readers, external HDs, USB-sticks, cameras). I can also point DLP to a certain directory for file management.

How about taking it one step further: Point DLP to a directory to watch and mirror automatically, like Mirrorfolder does.

would be a very useful feature, I'd really appreciate.

What is wrong with MirrorFolder?

In principle? No idea.

Specifically: If DLP, which I already own and which, to me, offers most of what is needed for the task at hand, does have the feature f automatic mirroring, I won't have to shell out more money.

Before I bought iView MediaPro I asked Chris, if he plans on adding a database to BBP because that would have made an investment in MediaPro superfluous. More or less the same now.
