How do I save an image (jpg file) to match the size/resolution of my screen? I am trying to modify the default photoboot images and create some of my own and can’t get them to work or fit right.

I downloaded EeeTop.zip sample files for touch screen and AutoHotkey (http://www.breezesys.com/articles/photobooth3.htm) and I want to modify the sample jpg files to fit my screen.

Just open them in a photo editing software (photoshop, gimp, or whatever) and scale the pictures to what size you need.
