Currently I'n using a canon S2IS for my photo booth. I would like to improve the live view image on the screen. Does the Canon Power Shot SX 11O have a better live view? What would you recomend?

Live view images from all PowerShot cameras are only 320x240 pixels in resolution. Newer models have slightly better live view images with less noise but the resolution is no better.

To get higher resolution live view images you need to use a Canon or Nikon DSLR. Nikon DSLRs have 640x426 pixel live view displays and Canon DSLRs range from 768x512 up to 1056x704 depending on the camera model.

I use the same camera and love it. An old standby. Make sure the booth is well lit. My live view is just fine but I have extra lighting for that reason alone.
