Lock up of camera and PC after shooting shots at ISO 100 then changing to ISO 400. Clicked release, 20D and software stopped working. I had to remove batteries from camera to reboot. ON-OFF switch did not reset it. Had to reboot PC for software to respond again.

Rebooted and had several more lockups. (at random times and scenarios)

Wish list:

Spacebar as release, easier to find and press than f8.
Would like to versatility of naming directories like DLPro. All of my directories use an underscore to separate YYYY_MM_DD fields. Intermixing hyphens messes up the sorting.
Would also like to be able to use the Directory Plugin.
Can we have an opetion for thumbs with the main view?

Thanks

Unfortunately the Canon SDK is prone to locking up with the 20D and when this happens the USB drivers appear to get into a bad state and you may need to reboot Windows. It is much more reliable if you select "Ignore UI events" from the camera menu. I have run several time lapse sequences of over 1000 images with my 20D without errors.
I have reported the problems to Canon and hopefully it will be fixed in the next release.

Thanks for the other suggestions. I want to sort out the reliability problems first before adding any new features.
