I use Nikon Transfer to transfer files from a CF card to a g:\dcim directory. I then use Downloader Pro to distribute the files to a directory tree based on image dates and times, etc.

Each time I open DL Pro, I have to do a File/Open source directory... and navigate to the correct directory. It would be much more convenient for me if DL Pro would remember the source directory and open it automatically.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

There isn't a way to get Downloader Pro to remember the source directory, but what you could do is run DLPro and then drag an drop the source directory onto it. This might be a bit easier than having to locate it via the File menu.
