After 11 minutes of "Connecting to email server..." I get the error message: "A network error has occurred while receiving data". Any ideas??

It could be problems with the internet connection or firewall settings blocking email_image.exe or incorrect settings being passed to email_image.exe. Are you able to send test emails from the Hotfolder Prints settings dialog?

Hi Chris, thank you for the quick response.
No, I get the same error when sending test email from the Hotfolder Prints setting dialog.
I allowed email_image on my firewall and I never had any internet connection problems with this computer.
I use windows 7 64-bit core i3 4GB RAM.

The most likely cause is the settings for the email server or firewall settings if you can't send test emails. Please double check the email settings. If you have a gmail account you should be able to copy the settings direct from the help file and just replace the username and password.

I just had to correct the Email address in the "from" field.
