well, not literally (caught you looking!), but it DID save the "life" of my efforts to help them use a new digital camera. :) Copying file with Windows Explorer is an intuitive matter for most of us. But my 84 yo parents were having a hard time with copy and paste from card(s) into folders. DLPro eliminated ALL that hassle, all the mistakes. It took more than one evening on the phone to get them set up, but now my dad can put his media cards in the reader, click one button to have them uploaded, then fire up a simple print utility and print pictures. Sounds simple to us, but it's taken a long, long time to get them to this place, and DLPro was an essential part of the solution. :D
