I'm experiencing pixelated graphics in my prints using Hotfolder Prints and a new 64 Bit Windows 7 OS. The "image_overlay" file is a png. When the same file is manually printed via Lightroom no pixelation occurs.

Is Hotfolder Prints compatible with a 64 Bit system?

Yes, it's fully compatible with 64-bit Windows. It sounds as though the printer resolution may be set too low and is causing the pixellation. If you set the output option to "Print and save JPEG copy" you can check the size of the printed output e.g. if you're printing on 6"x4" paper at 300 dpi the JPEG copy of the output should be around 1800x1200 pixels.
