Under the preferences menu there is a "Directory in which to save images" space which allows for the photos and the sub folder "prints" to be stored in the same folder. Is it possible to tell DSLR Remote Pro that the photos go to the "Directory in which to save images" folder and the "prints" go to a different assigned folder?

The JPEG copy of the print layout is always saved in the prints subfolder. It isn't possible to change this in the software, but you could use a script to copy or move it elsewhere.

If you or anyone knows someone that can customize this and other scripts please PM me with details. Thanks

I have been told this is a great application for what you want to do.

I don't use it as I am happy with the default workflow.

Yes, Hotfolder prints allows you to specify the name of the subfolder where the JPEG copy of the output is saved. The next release will also allow you to make a copy in a separate folder.
