For anyone who uses the auto import hot folder feature in FXHome Photokey 4, you may experience the Photokey software locking up if DSLR Pro is set to create XML files aswell as the JPG files.
This issue has been reported to the FXHome dev team, but in the mean time you will need to stop DSLR Pro from generating the XML files. The drawback of this, is that you wont be able to send emails to your customers until FXHome sort out this bug. Green Screen Wizard Pro software does not appear to have this problem.
I have come to this conclusion through my own research, so this may need verification.
