~~~~Using PS Remote~~~~
I have a casino client who wants to make it so the photo booth tells winners what they won. Once an hour they will bring over a group of five people who have been selected as winners, but they don't know what they have won yet. Two will win $500, two will win $1000, one will win $5000. I set up three different profiles (one showing "you just won $500!", etc.) and can use Ctrl + Shift + # to switch between them.
Can the software randomly select profiles? My solution was to do this outside of the software by putting pieces of paper with the numbers 1-5 on them, put them in a jar, shake them up, pull them out, and match the profile order based on the order they are selected.
Another question - when I use Ctrl + Shift + #, there is no notification on the screen that I have selected a different profile. Any way that I can somehow add this? I could just check manually I suppose.
If you are using a touchscreen, it would be quite easy to create a 'random effect'.
On the area where you have your 'start' or 'go' button, make different areas of it have the different profiles, thus when the guests hits go, he has no idea (and neither do you) which profile has been selected until the print comes out.
No touchscreen -- we use the stealth switch and start it from outside the booth for them.
