Hello, does the Canon G10 would work with Live view option? and would it work with a external flash? I read it has the hot shoe adapter, I just want to make sure.

Right now I have a Canon T1i and I'm thinking to get another camera due to the heating issue.

You can use the G10 with an external flash connected to the hotshoe and our PSRemote software.

Please note that the G10 was the last Canon PowerShot model that supports remote capture. Newer PowerShot models such as the G12 do not support remote capture and cannot be controlled from a PC.
