Default custom template, what am I missing

I had the same issue a year ago and I figured it out, but I have no idea what I did.

    Here is the situation:
I want to modify Simple to MySimple
    1. I copied all the files from the Simple template to a new folder, MySimple
    2. I found the list of tokens, I copied the one I wanted
    3. I right clicked and opened the full sized template in MySimple with Notepad
    4. I pasted the token on the page

However, when I go to save it it says, "Access denied"

I've taken off the Read Only attribute

    any other suggestions?

I've isolated the problem. I uncheck the read only box, apply and Ok my way out, then when I look the box is checked again.

    Default Solved

I could not take off read only while the folder was in Program files. I moved it to the desktop, pasted in the token, saved it, copied it back to the folder.

    Easy Peasy...:-)

Recent versions of Windows protect the program files folders and require admin rights to modify them.
I suggest copying your C:\Program Files (x86)\BreezeSys\BreezeBrowserPro\templates folder to your Documents folder and then updating the "Template base directory" in File->Preferences->HTML Generation. It will then be much easier to edit the template files.
