    Question Printer Errors

    Been working with the trial version and I cannot get my DNP 620 to print more than one page. When I set the software to 7 pages the printer errors out. If I set it to 1 page it prints fine. What am I missing? It will also print a test page with zero issues.

    It could be a printer driver problem. Does it work if you print two pages?

    I can print one fine. When I try to print two or more pages the printer gives me a paper size error. The paper size in the printer settings is set at 4x6xN or 6x4xn (sorry it's out in the warehouse)

    Turns out it's the printer setting. For some reason DNP has a setting called 4x6xN and it should not be used at all. It is for future expansion they say.
