Is it possible to change photos to black and white?

ok found it how to make a black and white but how to define "user define" presets ?

You can do this by changing the picture style setting in the camera. The keyboard shortcuts P and Ctrl+P can be used to step through the different Picture Styles.
You can't use profiles to change the picture style setting in the camera but you could write an AutoHotKey script which monitors the currently selected screen images folder and changes the picture style setting in the picture style dropdown list in the main window.
