problem with NKRemote and saving jpegs

I am using version 3.3.3 and Windows 10. I did an event this past weekend and got prints fine but no jpegs or prints are saved on the laptop. I have the output setting set to print and save jpeg. Looking in the folder where they should be I see no folder was created for the date of the event.

I tried a trial run again today with the same results, no images or prints. I then set a backup file and get the prints but still no individual images.

I have been using the program the same as always and this is the first time with a problem. I did send a support ticket but got back an answer with a link to the help files (what I am already doing).

Can I revert to a prior version and see if that works? I have two event this weekend and need this to work.

OK I found them. Clicked on reprint photos and for some reason the directory was created in a tennis 2016 folder on my laptop. I have no idea why as I did not change the folder.
