when people have taken the photo, it´s possible to do a little survey in the touchscreen (let´s say 5 questions with yes or not response) that people have to response to have the photo (paper) in his hand?

You could try using the "Email input at end of sequence" option and modify the settings to display checkboxes instead of the email address field, but this doesn't have the option to force the user to answer the questions before printing.
