    Default GIF_background.jpg option?

In this AHK script (photobooth_animated_GIF2.zip), there is an option to specify GIF_background.jpg. It appears that this option is not available with the built-in GIF animation. Will this option be integrated in future releases?

I'm not planning to add this because you can use the overlays to provide the background.

Will file size be affected whether the image is the background or as overlays? Right now, I have 9 overlays. The same background image has to be added to the 9 overlays rather than only the animated graphics.

Adding a background using an overlay won't affect the file size. The way it works is each frame is assembled in 24-bit full color and is only converted to 8-bit (256 colors) when writing the GIF file.

Actually I've changed my mind on this and will be adding support for GIF_background.jpg backgrounds. This is because I've been working on adding support for shooting green screen with a transparent background to animated GIFs in stills photo booth mode. This will allow multiple backgrounds per photo similar to the way you can already add multiple overlays per photo.
